Although deliveries are currently fine, please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive during this peak period. When your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email with your Order Tracking detail. We will contact you if there is a substantial delay with your order; however, please rest assured that the majority of orders are shipped on time. We have temporarily suspended deliveries to Northern Ireland, Europe, the United States, and the Rest of the World due to ongoing Brexit-related adjustments and possible delays at shipping ports, which could impact delivery lead times and order fulfilment. We do not anticipate suspending these shipping/delivery sites for an extended period of time, so please check back with us on our website for an update on when we will resume delivering to these overseas

We have a good supply, but due to unprecedented demand, we recommend shopping early to prevent disappointment. The ecommerce team is operating remotely, while a dedicated team rotates in the warehouse to minimise any effects on service delivery.
