Can my order be left with aneighbour?

Yes, our courier may try to deliver your order to a neighbour only if instructions are given at the time of purchase.

Can my order be left in my porch, shed, garage etc?

Unfortunately we shall not be able to leave your parcel at a safe place as asignature is required as proof of delivery.



Can my order be deliveredto a different address other than my billing address?

Yes, we can deliver to an alternative address or even your place of work ifthis is more convenient for you. Please do notify us regarding the change ofaddress prior to dispatch as extra postage charge will have to be incurred oncethe item is dispatched.



What if I miss thedelivery?

If you miss the first delivery attempt our courier will leave a card allowingyou to re-arrange the delivery on a convenient date.



How will I know when myorder will arrive?

When your order is dispatched we email your delivery tracking informationallowing you to see when your order will arrive and also you will receive theemail through the corresponding courier regarding the delivery through whichyour parcel is sent.


Our standard UK Mainland deliveryis FREE.

Most rugs are delivered within 2 working days of placing your order with theexception to the offshore postcodes the rugs are delivered between 3-5 workingdays.

International deliveries are dispatched on a delivery duty unpaid basis (DDU).This means the recipient is liable for any local taxes, import duties andclearance fees which may be charged on purchase

UKDelivery Services & Pricing


Each product hasan estimated lead time. On standard products, estimated lead times range from1-2 days to 10-14 days. Custom products can have significantly longer leadtimes.

On the rare occasion the item you have purchased is out of stock, we wouldrequire a 28 day window for delivery in which we would inform you immediatelyvia email or phone call. Unfortunately, we do not allow any extra compensationfor late delivery of goods.
